At Woodbridge Medical Group, we enjoy helping patients throughout Central NJ with maintaining their well-being. Our health practice is very broad-based, which gives us the ability to diagnose and treat all sorts of conditions and ailments. We operate a state-licensed laboratory where we perform blood and urine testing and more. 

Additionally, we have a physical therapy department where we treat for ambulatory patients. Our licensed therapists work with individuals in need throughout the day and evening. We even send reports to referring physicians who have sent patients to us. 

Getting our patients the prescriptions they need is easy. We have also been prescribing medication electronically since 2006. Moreover, we have offered electronic medical records to give our patients access to their health care information since July 2010. School and work excuse letters are also provided upon request.
